I cited three sources in the text, all of whom agree that Russia was “ripped off,” as you put it â€” the eminent Russia scholar Peter Reddaway; House Banking Committee chairman Jim Leach; and David Ignatius of The Washington Post.

Do you find fault with these sources? Or are you implying that I misquoted them? Or what?

P.S. I notice that your Blogger profile says you have a blog called “Rearguard.” But when I click it, I just get a 404 error. Can’t find “Rearguard” on google either. Are you a blogger? If so, where can we find your blog?
